How the CPD Planner works

You can go back at any point, and Start again clears everything. Each PDF can be emailed straight to the person it is for.
CPD Planner
Add your setting details and the staff who will be assigned training in this plan.
Your team
Add the names of the people involved. You can then select them throughout the plan and allocate CPD to the right person. To add a whole list, copy the names from Word or Excel and paste them into the box.
Names can be up to 60 characters. There is no fixed limit on the number of staff: with more than 40 the list folds and the Who boxes gain a search, but very large settings are easier to manage as one plan per team.
Paste the plan code from your PDF, or the one you copied, and the whole plan comes back ready to edit.
Or, if you cannot paste it, upload any PDF this planner made for the plan — the code is stored inside the file.
