1 · Assess

Start with a Snapshot.

Twelve statements, around two minutes, answered by an adult about one child under an anonymous code. The results show where the need sits, and the BOUNCE Framework Snapshot shows which pillar to start with.

2 · Plan

Turn what you’ve found into a plan.

Provision Mapping turns the Snapshot into what to put in place. If a child has an EHCP, the EHCP tools organise Section F and turn it into short-term and I Can… targets.

3 · Do

Put it into practice.

Interventions to run over weeks, strategies for the moment, activities and printables, each one tied to a BOUNCE pillar. The Studio and KidZone have tools a child can use on screen beside you.

4 · Review

See what changed.

Use the same anonymous code for the next Snapshot, and the Snapshots Report Tool puts them in date order and shows what has changed. Then the cycle starts again. Example figures.
