Your PDF and your plan code are the only copies. Anyone with the code can read what is inside it, so keep it safe, the same as the plan itself.

What do you want to do?
From what you notice to a plan you can review
Three steps: what you are noticing, what is happening, then your plan. It takes about five minutes. One area at a time. Have a Snapshot or EHCP code? Paste it in and it fills in its part of the plan.
Start with what you are noticing
Choose the one area closest to what you are seeing. If more than one applies, start with the one that matters most and come back for the next. Nothing quite fits? Pick the nearest one.
Tick what sounds familiar
Tick anything you see day to day. Your answers shape the plan: the questions to ask, the Snapshot to run and the first provision to agree. You can change them at any time and nothing you have typed is lost.
Your plan, in five parts
Work through Explore, Assess, Targets, Assign and Review in order, or jump to any part. Untick anything that does not fit, add your own provision, and say who does what and how often.
Bring in your Snapshot and EHCP codes
Press Enter a code and paste. A Snapshot code (BSD1-) fills in the scores. An EHCP Planner code (PMP1-) adds the provision it matched, marked EHCP. Paste them together or one after the other. Each updates only its own part, and nothing you have typed is lost.
Nothing is saved here — your PDF is your record
When you finish, press Save as PDF. The PDF carries a plan code. Next time, click Continue or update this plan on its first page, press Open my plan PDF and choose the file, or press Enter a code and paste the code from its last page. Everything comes back as you left it, and you can add a new Snapshot or EHCP code to it.
Provision Mapping
Paste a Snapshot code, an EHCP code or a plan code. A Snapshot fills in the scores, an EHCP adds its provision, and a plan code brings a whole plan back. You can paste two codes together, one under the other. Nothing is stored on this site.
