Welcome.Here is what happens next.

Your membership is your own. You log in as yourself, and everything you complete - your training, your plans and your CPD evidence - stays in your account.

The Learning Portal runs on one cycle: assess → plan → do → review. Each stage has a tool that does the work with you, and each one leads into the next.

What am I noticing? 2-minute Snapshot Strengths Needs Priorities Map the support in place The patterns that keep appearing For one child, a group, or everyone you work with
02 · Assess

Start with whatyou are already noticing.

A Snapshot takes about two minutes: you, one child. It turns what you are noticing into a clearer picture of strengths, needs and priorities.

Run it for one child, for a group, or across everyone you work with, and the patterns that keep appearing start to show.

Once the patterns are clear, the next question is what to put in place.

03 · Plan for a child

With or withoutan EHCP.

If a child has an EHCP, start with the EHCP Provision Planner to organise the provision into SEND strands. Then use the Short-term Target Generator to turn Section F into “I can…” targets.

No EHCP? Start from what your Snapshot shows, and choose targets with the I Can… Target Tool.

Either way, it comes together in Provision Mapping: one plan that sets out what is already in place and what may need to change.

Once you know what this child may need, the next question is what you need, to be able to provide it.

What do we need, to provide it? CPD Pathway Team CPD Planner Courses grouped by pillar Sequenced across the year Towards BOUNCE Practitioner What the team needs Who completes each course When it happens My CPD plan for the year A plan for each person Evidence builds in each CPD Portfolio
04 · Plan for you and your team

What you need,to be able to provide it.

The CPD Pathway is the plan for you. It is where you choose and sequence your own CPD across the year, from courses grouped by the six pillars of the BOUNCE Approach®.

Leading a team? The CPD Planner does the same for everyone you lead. Choose the training your team needs, decide who will complete each course and when, then give each person their own plan.

Everything you complete builds your CPD Evidence Portfolio, ready for supervision, appraisal or performance management.

05 · Do

Put it into practice.Theirs, and yours.

The provision plan is where the doing starts. Studio interactive tools, resources, activities and strategies give you something to use straight away, with a child or young person in front of you.

Alongside that, you work through your own pathway at your own pace. Your CPD Evidence Portfolio records what you learned, how you used it and what changed, ready for supervision, appraisal or performance management.

This is where learning starts to change what a child experiences.

Snapshot again Before support After support My portfolio records what changed What to keep What to adapt What to try next assess → plan → do → review
06 · Review impact

Impact.See what has changed.

Run the same Snapshot again. The before-and-after picture shows what has changed and helps you judge the impact of the support you put in place.

The cycle builds confidence to look beyond completing training. You use what you know, notice what is changing, and make professional judgements about what to keep, adapt or try next, in the moment, not at the end of term.

And the cycle begins again, from a clearer starting point.
